· Todd Coulter: the “bizdev” guy, responsible for
driving the partner relationships and making sure at the end of the day everyone
is a happy camper.
Todd is a serial entrepreneur who developed both the FonWallet concept and
M-transactions. Todd has started numerous other niche-based
companies handling data-based services ranging from money transfer to handling
the VoIP services for 118 cruise ships across 18 different cruise lines. Todd
received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Long Beach State and is
a formal US Naval Officer. Todd enjoys swimming, biking and surfing

Jeff Warmington: the “processes” guy who makes Spock look wild, but
Jeff excels at creating and implementing
the action plans around our user profiling, target reports and coupon plan analysis.
Jeff Warmington has over 20 years of procurement, purchasing, and supply chain
experience with many years and positions in the military and with such world
class companies as GE, Arthur Andersen, Office Depot, and DHL.
He has experience in many commodities, including IT/Telecoms, MRO, fuels,
high tech components, equipment and parts, administrative supplies,
manufacturing support supplies and equipment, and a variety of services.
Throughout his career, Jeff has led cost reduction and process improvement
programs, gaining expertise in Total Quality Management, ISO, and Six Sigma
continuous improvement techniques.
During these efforts, he attained certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt, and
completed Black Belt training.
A graduate of the US Naval Academy and the holder of Master’s Degrees from
Webster University and the Navy Postgraduate School, Jeff focused his formal
education on technology, business management, and procurement.
He further holds certification as a Certified Professional Contracts
Manager through the National Contract Management Association, and has taught
Master’s Level courses of instruction in procurement and contract
administration. Jeff is an active outdoors person, with interests in boating,
fishing, skiing, and do it yourself projects around the house.
He is married with a 20 year old son and a 17 year old daughter.

Chau Voung:
the “propeller head” guy who is the mastermind behind the analytics software and
crazy math, scrubbing and grid computer stuff that puts these reports together, a total workaholic (is single of course) who
focuses all of his attention and time squarely on programming and other crazy computer
stuff.
Chau was a pharmaceutical equity analyst at Robertson Stephens, an investment
bank, covering emerging pharmaceutical and drug delivery companies. Prior to
this, he worked for Wentworth, Hauser, & Violich as a healthcare equity analyst.
Before that, he was a strategic marketing consultant at Genentech, a leading
biotech company. Chau also was involved in various pharmacoeconomics,
pharmacokinetics, and toxicology studies for pharmaceutical and biotech
companies including Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Isis
Pharmaceuticals, and Gilead Sciences.
Chau holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of California, San
Francisco, and Bachelor degrees in Biochemistry and Cell Biology, as well as
Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.
